Il progetto ViScoSo: Rilevazione di situazioni critiche nei sistemi sociomateriali attraverso processi di visione, cognizione e interazione sociale

VisCoSo is a three-year project, funded by the Autonomous Province of Trento, which aims to study sociomaterial systems, i.e. complex environments whose operation requires the interaction between human and artificial agents. More specifically, what is investigated, in order to improve its effectiveness, is the entanglement at a systemic level of visual, cognitive and interactional processes that are in place in the detection of situations which may affect the proper functioning of the system. The means provided to this end is an ontological model, which is interpretable both by human and by artificial agents, thus able to make the system transparent to itself.
